  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Cook the Pasta Shells: Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey and ground beef. Break it apart and cook until it starts to brown.
  3. Season the Meat: Season the meat with Maggi chicken seasoning, browning sauce (for color), jerk seasoning, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
  4. Add Vegetables: Add the finely chopped celery, sweet pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables become tender and the meat is fully cooked.
  5. Stir in Ketchup and Sweet & Hot Sauce: Add ketchup and C & X Brand Sweet & Hot Sauce to the meat and vegetable mixture. Stir to combine and simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Top with Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the stuffed shells.
  8. Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
